Business Systems & Product Leader | ERP, AI & Digital Transformation | Data Automation & AWS | Strategy to Deployment
One person who covers requirements, build, deployment, migration, training and adoption — hire the whole stack, or just the piece you're missing. Eight-plus years turning institutions that run on spreadsheets and queues into ones that run on systems people actually trust.
Situation: NAAC accreditation required a working ERP — academics, exams and LMS — implemented fast, with no room to slip.
Did: Owned stakeholder and vendor management end to end, trained every user group, delivered the TCS ERP implementation in six months.
Result: The university received its NAAC accreditation.
Situation: Leadership wanted off an expensive contract and onto something leaner, without yet knowing what that should be.
Did: Evaluated 15 ERP platforms, SAP and Salesforce included, module by module with every end-user group, then led selection of Bloomfield Innovation's uniERP and the full migration.
Result: Migration from TCS to uniERP completed successfully within one year.
Situation: Payroll needed to move systems without breaking a single paycheck — DA, HRA, income tax and TDS all calculated correctly from day one.
Did: Migrated the full employee database and built the statutory calculation logic into the new system, end to end — paired with an automated attendance system feeding directly into payroll.
Result: A smooth transition for payroll across the organization, with statutory calculations and attendance-linked pay handled correctly from launch.
Situation: A student's CGPA is the one number that follows them for life — migrated exam data has to be exactly right, and compliant with the governing academic regulations.
Did: Migrated exam records for 3,000 students into the new ERP, running detailed analysis against Academic Regulation requirements — curriculum structure, exam tree, passing criteria, grace rule — across multiple governing bodies: UGC, ICAR, NCISM, INC and COA.
Result: Correct CGPA calculation at scale, validated against every applicable regulatory body's rules.
Situation: By the time low CGPA shows up in results, it's too late to help.
Did: Analyzed academic regulations across 10 departments and 500 faculty, mapped attendance across 10,000 scheduled classes, and built a Random Forest AI/ML algorithm to flag students likely headed for a low CGPA.
Result: Departments could direct academic support to the students who needed it — before the semester ended, not after.
Situation: Students queued in person at the Examination & Records office for routine certificates.
Did: Led requirements and functional design, working directly with the TCS developer team through build and testing.
Result: Students apply and download from their own login; the office approves digitally. Queues and paperwork dropped sharply.
Training end users on the Leave Management module — the day-to-day work behind the numbers.
Beyond institutional work — self-built, deployed projects covering the full product lifecycle: data source to pipeline to live interface.
An end-to-end pipeline pulling live data from Google Sheets into Postgres, with a Streamlit dashboard on top for analysis and reporting.
A retrieval-augmented Gen AI application answering questions on the Bhagavad Gita, running locally with an open-source LLM.
A stock management system with a product master, stock in/out tracking, and MIS reporting for inventory visibility.
Most consultants own one slice. This is requirements through deployment, in one person — so you can bring her in for the full build, or drop her into exactly the gap you have right now.
Requirements → BRD → build → deployment → adoption. End to end, one point of accountability.
Payroll, HR and academic records migrated with the statutory logic — DA, HRA, income tax, TDS — built in correctly, not patched after.
Module-by-module comparison across real end users — not a slide deck of features.
Attendance and performance models — flagging at-risk students before results, not after.
The unglamorous part that makes or breaks a rollout — training end users until they trust the system.
Own a single feature or module inside your existing team, start to ship.
The technical grounding everything after would build on.
First classroom — first practice at making technical ideas land with people who didn't ask to be confused.
Left the classroom to find her own path — Guest Relations Executive hosting international guests, including well-known personalities, then Quality Analyst training a floor of young telecallers.
Marriage and early motherhood.
Came back to a subject she'd never taught before, and became the trainer students still remember years later.
From training people to building and running the systems they depend on — HR, payroll, student, academics, exams, LMS. Functional lead across two full ERP implementations.
Stakeholder workshops, current/future-state mapping, business requirement documents, test case scenarios.
Product development in Python and Django, data pipeline architecture, ML models (random forest and beyond).
Ships to AWS or on-prem servers — owns a project past the spec.
Vendor evaluation, stakeholder management, escalation, and training end users to full adoption.
Open to freelance and contract Business Analyst, ERP Consulting and Product Manager work — full engagement or a single module, remote-first.
